OSVgroup was proud to partner with Hutchinson Builders to deliver Stage 2 of Greenvale Secondary College - a project designed to enhance the school’s outdoor environment with new recreation spaces, upgraded sports facilities and improved infrastructure. This stage builds on the success of earlier works, creating a functional and engaging space that supports both learning and play for students and staff.
Scope of Works
Our team delivered a full civil and landscape package, encompassing carpark construction, drainage installation, sports court development and extensive landscaping works. The project required close coordination with the builder and council to ensure compliance with design and performance standards while maintaining a high level of finish across all elements.
Key Features
- Construction of new vehicle asphalt pavements and carpark areas
 - Installation of barrier kerbs, edge strips, pram crossings with tactiles, bollards and ag drains
 - Full linemarking works, including removal of existing basketball court markings
 - Oval development including site cultivation, soil spreading, gypsum and fertiliser application and topsoil placement
 - Installation of a subsoil drainage system and drainage layer above ag pipes
 - Hydroseeding using a rye/fescue and kikuyu seed blend to establish a durable playing surface
 - Multi-sport pedestrian hard courts for basketball, tennis, volleyball and netball
 - Installation of spoon drains, concrete edging and Four Square markings
 - Construction of a vehicle crossover to Hume City Council specifications
 - Timber deck installation for passive recreation
 - Additional hard landscape works, including vehicle and pedestrian asphalt pavements and edging between Stage 1 and 2
