OSVgroup proudly delivered the transformation of Cross Keys Reserve, creating a safer, more accessible and vibrant public space that enhances connectivity, recreation and landscape amenity for the Essendon community.
Scope of Works
Our team completed a broad package of civil and landscape works to upgrade the reserve. This included construction of concrete footpaths, shared user paths, compacted gravel trails and exposed aggregate feature paving. Drainage infrastructure was improved with new stormwater pits and pipe installations, while linemarking, signage and pram crossings ensured compliance and accessibility.
Additional works involved asphalt bicycle paths, trafficable pavements and the installation of commercial vehicle crossings. The project was delivered with cultural heritage compliance and full as-built documentation.

- Recreational amenities: revitalised playspace with recycled rubber surfacing, softfall mulch and an in-ground trampoline mound

With improved play areas, better connectivity and sustainable landscape design, the reserve now supports both active lifestyles and everyday recreation.
